The reason I mention about product creation is because most online marketer know that the real money come from begin a product owner instead of an affiliate. Being an affiliate do allow you to earn quite a substantial amount of money but it is nothing compare to being a product owner.

That is the reason by I created my own product like 7dollarkillertemplates and OTOtemplates.
Let me list down 3 benefits for being a product owner.

1. Build Your List Faster

Once you have your own product, you can set up an affiliate program to recruit affiliate to promote. By giving affiliate a high commission, affiliate are willing to do all the hard work for you by promoting your product.

Now you see that you are not the only person driving traffic to your sale page alone by you are leveraging on your affiliate to drive traffics to your site. So now can you see that you can build a list faster once you have your own product.

2. Build Credibility

Once you have your own product, people will view you differently. Most of you will view you as an expert in a particular niche once you have your own product. Therefore having your own product will help in your branding online and will increase your online persence.

3. More Targeted List

So many time you hear that the money is in the list and yes this statement is absolutely true. But what most people never told you that by having your own product, you are building a customer list.

A customer list are list that had taken out their credit card to purchase thing online which mean that they are more intune to spending money online. Therefore when you promoting other related affiliate products to them, the conversion rate of them buying is higher than any other normal lead.
